Perhaps consider "General Maritime War Vessels" as the name, to emphasize this speciality with the correct spin. Otherwise, "all" seems a bit... everything

Lots of updates.
The following nations have been removed, and therefore are losing their specialty resources:

Sucety - Copper and Wires/Cables
Sirreaper - Iron , (Advanced) Personnel Weapons (For Infantry)
Der Tigerland - Petrol , advanced ground assault platforms.
Zalasa - Forestry, Real Estate

Iron has been taken by Atherakhia.
(advanced) personnel weapons (for infantry) and small arms manufacturing have been both removed in favor of Personnel Weapons. This may be expanded upon should the need arise, but until then will remain condensed.
Personnel Weapons taken by the Draco Aeternum.
