Cynosure Roleplayers Act

This legislation is passed by the Grand Master in accordance with the powers granted by Section 2.3.6 of the Constitution.

Title

1. This Act shall be cited as the Cynosure Roleplayers Act.

Purpose

2. This act shall fulfil the roleplayer management process of the region as defined in the Constitution.

Definitions

3. In this act, the Roleplayer Granter is defined as a Councillor of the Council of Brilliance, or anyone allowed by the Council of Brilliance to accept roleplayer requests under a Directive of Citizenship.

4. In this act, the Roleplayer Remover is defined as the Councillor of Security or Grand Master.

Eligibility for Roleplayer

4. Any person who:
(a) Does not already hold roleplayer rank in Cynosure; and
(b) Is not lawfully banned from the forum, nor designated Persona non Grata by The Councillor, Grand Master or the Senate;

Is eligible to apply for roleplayer.

5. The Councillor may prescribe the manner in which a person can apply for roleplayer, provided that it is accessible to all eligible persons.

6. Any Roleplayer Granter shall determine whether roleplayer status shall be conferred upon an applicant on submission of an application.

Removal

7. A Roleplayer Remover shall check the status of each roleplayer's activity on at least one occasion per month, and publicly post a list of roleplayers who were not active on either the Discord or forums within six months of the date.
(a) A roleplayer can be active on the Discord by posting a single message in the required timeframe.
(b) A roleplayer can be active on the forums by logging into the forums in the required timeframe.
(c) One week after the post, any roleplayer whose last activity as indicated still exceeds six months from the new date, shall be considered to have resigned their roleplayer status.

8. The Cynosure Court may remove a person's roleplayer status as a criminal sanction.
