I, your Lord Councillor, have decided that the application for position of Councillor of Culture will be open to any citizen of Cynosure, even people who are already in the Council of Brilliance! The Councillor of Culture will have to do the following things:

• Create holidays and festivals
• Set up a job application process for those who want to be involved in government, and then employ them to do various tasks in various departments
• Organize regional olympics and/or games
• Help with organizing interregional olympics
• Increase activity on the RMB

Ohoho. First Councillor, longest serving Councillor, RP Councillor during the RP reforms, Unofficial Religious Advisor, IA Councillor.

I've been in culture longer than most have been in Cynosure. I was Minister of Regional Affairs in TSP while reforms were pushed through to make it a helluva lot better, as well as the most successful South Pacific Regional Games.
