With the power vested in me as Councillor under Section 5.1 of the Constitution, I hearby appoint LordSylveon as the Councillor's Sage to the Cynosure Court.
Wuufu, Councillor of Security in the Council of Brilliance, and Grand Master of The Cynosure Order.
