It has come to the attention of Cynosure that a previous member of our community has been permabanned in a neighbouring region, that of Wintreath, and is shortly going to be added to a watchlist run by a collection of NS Leaders, and that this may affect the security of this region. This member has publicly admitted to being a pedophile and harbouring sexual thoughts towards minors.
- Given the seriousness of these findings, and the danger they may pose should they find their way here, the Council of Brilliance hereby issues the following mandate of Persona Non Grata with immediate effect:
