The Arazian Union

The Union of Arazia is the dominant Client on the planet of Almaras in the system of Maras. It shares the planet with the Solisian Union, a rival union of countries on the continent of Masifoya. There are smaller countries existing together with the Arazians and the Solisians. For now, on the year 2010, the Arazians and Solisians stand against each other in a long-going cold war.

Tensions are rising over the continent of Sarsar, where the fate of a divided country is on the minds of the two Unions.

System

Similar to the Sol system, there is only one planet that is inhabited by humans. However, the inhabitants of Almaras do not call themselves humans and instead call themselves Ramal meaning 'walkers.' There are several other planets similar to the planets of the Sol system but possess different names.

The Nexus Gate

The gate is managed by the Arazian Union close to the capital city of Zaryia. However, the rival Solisian Union is eager to secure access to the gate for itself once they, according to them, win the cold war.

History

Following a devastating world war that cost the lives of millions, the continent standing between the two unions was divided. The country of Azenia has been divided into two parts: Western and Eastern Azenia. Following that, the rest of the continent fell under the influences of the two superpowers. It has been several decades since that. Now, it is 2010. The cold war still goes on. But tensions are rising. And quickly so.

Geography

There are five continents on the planet. The continent of Masifoya is under the influence of the Solisian Union while the continent of Cazia is under the protection of the Arazians. The divided continent of Sarsar is filled with rising tensions over the fate of a divided Azenia.

Government

The world of Almaras is home to different governments; however, the Arazian Union is a republic. Compared to the imperial system of the Solisians, the Arazians are believers in a strong democratic state. It is led by Xavier Ureña, a forty four year old man from the Liberty Party of Arazia.

Economy
