The Council of Brilliance
The executive powers and duties of Cynosure shall be vested in an executive council known as the Council of Brilliance. See the Constitution for more on how the Council of Brilliance functions, or read below for more on the members that make up the Council.
Each member of the Council can only fill one role, so any open or interim positions are roles that citizens could be appointed into the Council to fill. Additionally, the Council also runs various ministries that help it to run the region, so there are ways to get involved that don’t require a seat on the Council.

The requirements of being a Security Councillor include being a member of the forum administrative team, and be willing to get involved in the legislative arena of the region.
