Discord Chat

To join the chat, click the Connect button found at the bottom of the Discord widget. If no one is online, come back later; we are all up at different hours so you may catch one of us 🙂

Chat Rules

The following rules are in effect while using this chat. You agree to abide by these rules at all times during your use of the chat. Failure to follow these rules may result in action being taken against you, including warnings or bans. The op team has final say in all matters.

 

  1. You agree that you have read, understood and will abide by the Discord Community Guidelines. Failure to follow any of these community guidelines will incur harsher penalties against you due to their nature, including notifying Discord of your actions for more serious cases.
  2. You agree to respect other people in the chat:
    1. Do not flame; that is, make personal attacks, insults or swear at others in your conversations.
    2. Do not harass; that is repeated behaviour that others have described as unwelcome.
    3. Do not troll; that includes any posts or behavior made with the intention of provoking somebody else.
    4. Do not impersonate; that is either by adopting a similar name as another user or directly claiming to be somebody else.
  3. You agree not to post any NSFW content of any kind in the chat, or encourage others you know to be underage to engage in such activities.
  4. You agree not to spam the chat room, including excessive use of bad language, and to keep bot spam to their respective bot channels.
  5. You agree that if you have any issues with any member of the Discord server, that you do not take matters into your own hands. Please contact either the Grand Master or an Order Op using the @Mod tag and let them deal with it. It would also be worthwhile taking a screenshot to conserve evidence.
  6. The Order Ops are there to ensure a safe and friendly environment. You agree to respect all decisions made by the ops and to not evade their decisions. The Grand Master, as head of the ops, is in overall control of the Discord server and you may appeal any decisions made by ops to him.
  7. The chat room is considered outside of Cynosure regional law and is subject only to the rules found on this page.
