32. This rule replaces the original Rule 1. There’s heaps of trouble waiting out in the ‘Verse. The Big Black is full of derelict ships, drifting proof of their Captain’s misteps. Keeping you and yours in bullets and chow can be challenge enough. Not everyone has the mettle to keep their boat in the air. Prove you’ve got what it takes.
a. Each player starts with $3000.
b. Any player with $12,000 or more may use an Action to take a Goal Token.
c. Any player with a Goal Token may use an Action to declare “Last Call”. All the other players take one more turn, then the game ends. The player who declared Last Call doesn’t go again.
d. After everyone has finished their final turn, all players must pay the bank the Pay Value of all their Active and Inactive Jobs. Be careful not to commit to more Jobs than you can handle!
e. After taking their final turn and settling incomplete Jobs, all players total their Credits. The player with the most Credits has proven themselves a “Respectable” person of business and is the winner.
On your turn, you may perform two of the following four actions
Each of the actions below may result in effects (for example, flying could bring the Alliance or Reavers onto your tail). If this is the case, you will be prompted for what you want to do next, as appropriate.
► Fly
Fly! You can fly anywhere within range of your ships current location, travelling up, down, left or right (diagonal flight not allowed). You can't move into or through a space occupied by Reavers. Please fill in the form below to fly (don't worry about bolding).
You can also use a Fly action to lure Reavers. This might be a good idea if you need to get into a system currently occupied by Reavers. Please copy the following instruction below to lure reavers (don't worry about bolding).
Buy! If you are in Osiris, Persephone, Regina, Silverhold or the Space Bazaar, you can buy up to two of the items available there. Please fill in the form below to buy (don't worry about bolding).
BUY Action Items list up to two items at your current buy location:
Custom Name if needed:
You can also use a Buy action to give Shore Leave to your crew. This costs $100 per crew member (including your Captain), and will undisgruntle all crew. Please copy the following instruction below to give shore leave (don't worry about bolding).
Deal! If you are in Athens, Ezra, Londinium, Persephone, or the Space Bazaar, you can deal with contacts to take up to two of the jobs available there. You may need to discard jobs afterwards if your hand exceeds three jobs. You cannot discard beyond the three job maximum. Please fill in the form below to deal (don't worry about bolding).
DEAL Action Jobs list up to two jobs at your current deal location:
Discard Old Jobs if needed:
You can also use a Deal action to sell cargo and contraband, and procure listed services, from contacts who are solid with you. Please copy the following instruction below to deal extra services from solid contacts (don't worry about bolding).
DEAL Solid Services list what services you would like from the contact if solid:
► Work
Work! If you are in a location specified on a Job card you hold, and you currently meet all the requirements of that Job card, you can work the job. This involves either loading items onto your ship, delivering items to their destination, or misbehaving at a location. Please fill in the form below to work (don't worry about bolding).
If you don't intend to pay your crew when you finish a job, please state so also.
WORK Action Job:
Take Crew leave blank if you wish to take all crew:
Load Into if you are loading; hold or stash:
Regardless of whether it is your turn, you can perform the following:
These do not count as actions and can be asked for at any time.
► Equip Crew
If you have new gear, you may want to equip the gear to your crew. There is usually a one gear per crew limit unless otherwise specified by either crew or gear cards. Please fill in the form below to equip crew (don't worry about bolding).
At anytime when you are in a sector with a planet or starbase, you can decide to fire a crew member. This returns them to their original supply deck. You don't get any money back from the crew member, but can go ahead and hire them again if they are still available. Please fill in the form below to choose a crew to discard (don't worry about bolding).
On occasion, when Reavers get you or on a particularly bad misbehave, you may need to decide a crew to kill. If you have a medic, they can try and save that crew (even if it is themselves), but you still need to decide for someone to bite the dust. Please fill in the form below to choose which crew to kill (don't worry about bolding).
At anytime you can decide to remove and jettison a ship upgrade. This returns them to their original supply deck. You don't get any money back, but can go ahead and purchase it again if it is still available. Please fill in the form below to choose an upgrade to discard (don't worry about bolding).
Sometimes you are told you need to Evade. This means you have to move your Firefly one sector in any direction to get out of the sector you are in. This most often occurs when you meet the Reavers. Please fill in the form below to choose a sector to evade to (don't worry about bolding).
If you are in a sector with another Firefly transport, you may trade with that transport. Trades can include Crew, Cargo, Contraband, Ship Upgrades and Gear, along with the transfer of money. Both Captains must post the same trade request (with opposite give/takes) for the trade to go through. Please fill in the form below to choose a crew to discard (don't worry about bolding).
Anytime I'm giving a GM instruction, you'll see it in the format as shown below. Commentary will be normal text like this. Anyway, your first pre-game task!
Game Master
Please post below the jobs that you wish to discard. You must discard two (2) jobs. You do not need to worry about game order just yet, so post when you are ready.
FYI, the starting deck draws for Buy and Deal locations will be drawn following the completion of this task.

Homesteader Transport
Corporate Espionage: Target Blue Sun
Just your average friendly neighborhood Xeno that dropped out from the skies that happened to have displaced a technologically focused Imperialist Nationstate.
Well we're just shy and scared in this place. We're just fish out of water from the cosmos. You can see the trip has left us tired and drained so how about you be a pal and give us your Industrial Capacity? We can give you many shiny rocks. You may know them as "Gems" and "Transition Metals."
Excellent. All jobs have been discarded and buy and deal decks have been drawn to 3 cards each.
Round 1 begins.
Now, in Game Order (as listed in the OP), post the two actions you wish to complete (Fly, Buy, Deal, or Work). You can only do two actions and you cannot do the same action twice. Once everyone has posted, I'll announce the next round and we go again. Be aware that at the start of each round, Buy and Deal decks shift.
