The Vice WA Councillor Exemption Amendment Act

Title

1. This Act shall be titled The Vice WA Councillor Exemption Amendment Act.

Amendment

2. A new section shall be added in the World Assembly Endorsement Cap Act, after the current Section 2 of that act, that shall renumber all subsequent section(s) in relation to the newly designated Section 3, and that shall read:

The Senate additionally provides the Councillor with the power to assign higher caps to nations above the 50% endorsement limit designated in Section 2 of this act, and to no more than 90% at maximum. Each specified nation will be limited instead to the percentage of the endorsements of the designated World Assembly Councillor as assigned in this manner.
